Beach & Cottage Living Style.

Photos above from www.beachliving.com

I am packing and was a bit over looking at my bare walls and tables, so I thought I would jump online to look at a few of my favourite sites. These photos above are definitely my style. I love to enlarge the pictures to look at the side tables in the background with all open shelves, bottles and flowers.

This photo caught my eye, firstly because I am a red lover. See here. And secondly because in Australia we don't tend to use fabric over open shelves in our kitchens (well at least no one I have ever known or any house I have been into it). I loved the boldness against the white background. Too cute!

Hi Katrina,
I love the photos I am going to have to check out that site. I do the same thing with photos I like to study them and see what is in the background, sometimes that is the best way to find out what attracts you to that room or photo.
Hope you had a wonderful Easter.
Cheers Linda

Katrina if I could throw everything out of our house and start again....your "Beach & Cottage Living Style" would be exactly what I would choose, I love the relaxed, elegant, clean line simplicity....dream on Gail!!!, yet you never know do you, I'm loving visiting your blog with these ideas.
Glad you like Guss, do you think he will fit into my new Beach house?? Do you think I really should do some keyrings on the website??

Love those pics, what gorgeous stuff!!! I actually have a very small space, barely 30cm wide, that i have a curtain over instead of a door - only because we had to get rid of the door to fit the dishwasher in and i put up a piece of fabric as a temporary measure. but now i like it and i love how it looks in the pic you've shared!
